Rescue and Adoption
We feel that it is the obligation of every breeder to provide rescue services for those species or breeds that he or she is working with. To that end, we offer rescue services for the following animals: Chinchillas, hedgehogs, flying squirrels and Scottish fold cats. We also rescue any species of snake, regardless of whether it is a species that we are currently working with. We can also take small lizards such as geckos, but due to housing constraints we are unable to take large monitors, iguanas, turtles or tortoises, sorry.
If you have one of the above animals that you are no longer able to care for, you may surrender it to us with no questions asked. Please note that we will not pay an “adoption fee” for the above animals.
By surrendering an animal to us, you are granting us permission to keep, breed, or adopt out your pet as we see fit. It is very rare and highly unlikely that we would choose to breed an animal that has been surrendered, but may occasionally happen, particularly in the case of reptiles. Animals will be treated for any illnesses or parasites before being adopted out to new owners.
